- Create and maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for our little explorers. 🛡️💖
- Help deliver a fun, play-based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that sparks individual progress in every child. 🎨🤸♀️
- Be a guardian of our nursery meeting all Ofsted requirements – keeping things top-notch! ✅
- Get to grips with and follow all our nursery policies and procedures. 📜
- Become a dedicated "Key Person" – building strong bonds with your key children. 🤝
- Keep important records up-to-date, like attendance registers, accident/incident books, and risk assessments. ✍️
- Chat and connect with parents/carers, sharing updates on the nursery, our curriculum, and celebrating children's amazing progress. Let's build a strong partnership! 🗣️👨👩👧👦
- Take on any other reasonable duties that help us achieve our nursery's goals and dreams! 🎯
