Your Apprenticeship Journey:
Youβll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, gaining hands-on experience in our kitchen alongside experienced chefs. π§βπ³ This isn't just a job; it's a nationally recognised qualification! You'll gain skills, support our kitchens, create amazing moments, and ensure our guests always get top-notch quality. π

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
- Have open communication with the entire team, assisting other team members whenever possible.
