What you'll be doing:
As a key player on our front-of-house squad, you'll be the friendly face everyone remembers. Whether you're serving up drinks or taking orders, you'll know our menu backwards and forwards, and be ready to drop your own favourite recommendations. โจ Bring your personality, make guests feel amazing, and they'll be back for more.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a massive welcome and sending them off with a great farewell. You'll be the go-to for info on our menu, what's on offer, and any cool events happening. ๐ฃ
- Hooking guests up with personalised recommendations based on what they're into.
- Making our regulars feel extra special by remembering their usuals and having a good chat. ๐ฃ๏ธ
- Checking in to make sure everyone's loving their food and getting their feedback.
- Serving up speedy, efficient service and sorting out any guest questions or issues like a pro. โก
- Keeping the team in the loop with awesome communication. We're all about supporting each other here! ๐
- Pitching in with your brilliant ideas at team meetings. ๐ก
- Keeping our front-of-house, outdoor areas, and restrooms sparkling clean. โจ

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. This is a full-time role where you'll learn the ropes as a bar and waiting apprentice, backed by our awesome teams. You'll gain a nationally recognised qualification and play a crucial role in making some seriously amazing guest moments happen! ๐

Qualification: Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Service Level 2, including Functional Skills in Maths and English.
Key responsibilities
- Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, while effectively communicating the service cycle, our products and any special offers or events.
- Provide personalised recommendations that cater to the specific needs and preference of each guest.
- Provide a fast and efficient service and ensure any guest queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding service, promoting a supportive atmosphere.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
