- Invoice Ninjas: Assisting with billing, creating invoices, and double-checking financial data for that A+ accuracy. ✅
- Timesheet Trackers: Monitoring timesheets and helping colleagues nail their submissions on time. ⏰
- Record Keepers: Maintaining super-accurate financial records and contributing to key reports. 📊
- Query Masters: Handling questions for the Revenue Team and providing awesome admin support across the business. 🌟
- Team Connectors: Building relationships with teams throughout Bidwells and understanding how finance keeps the whole engine running. 🤝
- Process Innovators: Helping out with bigger finance projects and making our processes even slicker as you grow. ✨
This role is all about hands-on experience combined with dedicated study time, likely with Cambridge Regional College, working towards your Business Administration Apprenticeship. You'll be immersed in the business world (approx. 80% of your time) with a solid chunk dedicated to your studies (approx. 1 day a week). Your exact study schedule will be confirmed once you're enrolled.

Key responsibilities
- Assist with billing processes, including preparing invoices and checking financial information.
- Monitor timesheets and support colleagues in accurate and timely recording of information.
- Support the set-up and maintenance of project and client information within finance systems.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the production of reports.
- Manage queries received by the Revenue Team and provide administrative support to colleagues.
