What Your Apprenticeship Includes:
Forget college classes! Your apprenticeship is all about hands-on, work-based training. You'll have:
- Face-to-face sessions and remote team calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks.
- An in-workplace mentor to guide you.
- Functional Skills in English and Maths support, tailored to you (if needed).
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with your Coach and Line Manager.
