As a Kitchen Team Leader Apprentice, you’ll be a crucial part of our crew, helping to lead the charge and make sure every guest has a 5-star experience ✨. What you'll be doing:
- Whipping up and plating awesome dishes that look and taste amazing 💯.
- Supporting the kitchen squad, keeping things organised, and smashing it during busy services 💪.
- Stepping up to help the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when needed, keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
- Championing food hygiene, health & safety, and keeping the kitchen spotless 🧼.
- Keeping an eye on stock, prep, and making sure the whole operation is efficient.

Your Apprenticeship:
- This is a fully work-based apprenticeship – no boring college lectures! You’ll get expert training, virtual catch-ups, and a workplace mentor 🧑🏫.
- You’ll gain Level 3 qualifications in Kitchen Services, including Functional Skills in English and maths (support provided!).
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with your coach and manager to track your progress 📈.
