What you'll need:

• Swimming Prowess: A good level of swimming ability is essential as lifeguarding is a key part of this role. You'll need to pass a swimming test! 🌊
• Team Player: You'll be working closely with colleagues, so supporting each other is a must. 🙌
• Reliability: A strong attendance record from school, college, or previous work is key. 💯
• Communication Skills: You'll be interacting with the public and colleagues. 🗣️
• Basic Skills: Good literacy and numeracy skills are required. 📝🔢
