Nursery Practitioner Role π

What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with the team to plan awesome learning experiences based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. π
- Team up to create daily plans and manage routine activities. ποΈ
- Be a "key person" for a small group of children, building strong connections with them and their parents/carers, making sure each child feels seen and supported. β€οΈ
- Engage children in fun, age-appropriate activities and play. π€ΈββοΈ
- Prioritize children's safety and know how to follow child protection guidelines. π‘οΈ
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and take charge of your own professional growth. π
What you'll need:
- A burning desire to learn and grow, with a commitment to achieving your Level 3 qualification in Early Years. π±
- Passion for understanding child development from birth to five years. π§
- Familiarity with the EYFS and safeguarding procedures. β

Key responsibilities
