What you’ll be learning and doing:
- CAD/CAM Mastery: Get your hands on industry-standard CAD software to bring designs to life. 💻
- Workpiece Prep: Learn the art of setting up workpieces perfectly for machining.⚙️
- Tooling Genius: Discover how to select, set, and change cutting tools like a pro. 🧰
- Program Power: Test and refine CNC programs to ensure flawless production. 🔢
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools to guarantee they meet exact specs. 📏
- Reading Blueprints: Understand engineering drawings and job specifications inside out. 📖
- Machine Operation: Assist with setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
- Manufacturing Insights: Grasp the full manufacturing process from start to finish.
