What You'll Be Doing:

• Client Connection: Be the go-to person for our clients, supporting them in finding amazing talent for both temporary and permanent roles. 🤝
• Candidate Champion: Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through their career journey. This includes helping them polish their CVs, craft killer cover letters, and nail those applications. 📄
• Sales Superstar: Drive business growth by actively seeking new clients and nurturing relationships with our existing partners. Think cold calls with a smile and emails that impress! 📞📧
• Full 360 Recruitment: You'll be involved in every step of the process, from finding candidates for industrial and logistics positions to making sure they're the perfect fit.
• Candidate Vetting: Screen candidate profiles using our CRM and CV databases, conduct insightful interviews to assess suitability, and meticulously check references to ensure due diligence. ✅
• Compliance Ace: Gather "right to live and work in the UK" data to guarantee all candidates are eligible – we keep it legal and proper! 🇬🇧
• Negotiation Ninja: Master the art of salary negotiation with candidates, managing their expectations based on market trends. 💰
• Post-Placement Powerhouse: Conduct follow-up meetings with candidates after they've landed their dream jobs (both contract and permanent), ensuring they're settling in well.
• Relationship Rockstar: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle and beyond.
• Talent Scout: Source the best candidates for client vacancies and present them with compelling CV summaries that highlight their suitability.
• Deal Closer: Negotiate fee structures and service margins with clients.
• Offer Orchestrator: Facilitate salary negotiations with clients to ensure a win-win agreement for both parties.
• Ad Maverick: Advertise exciting roles on popular job boards to attract top talent. 📣

This Role Includes:

• Recruitment Consultant Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
• NVQ & Certificate
• End Point Assessment
• Maths and English functional skills training (if required) delivered via 1-hour weekly online sessions. 💻

Key responsibilities
