What You'll Be Doing:

  • 🚀 Individualised Support: Offer tailored help to students with SEND, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • 📚 Curriculum Access: Help students get the most out of their learning, adapting materials as needed.
  • 💬 Communication & Social Skills: Support and champion students who might have unique ways of communicating, interacting socially, or learning independently.
  • 🧘 Well-being Boost: Assist students in managing sensory needs and implement strategies to reduce anxiety or behavioral challenges.
  • 🌟 Positive Environment: Cultivate a safe and inclusive learning space, promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being.
  • 🧑‍🏫 Teacher's Assistant: Help teachers prep and deliver lessons and learning materials that are adapted to different student needs.
  • 💡 In-Class Support: Provide direct help in the classroom, including small group instruction and one-on-one sessions.
  • 🛠️ Adaptable Teaching: Flex your teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • 💻 Tech Savvy: Use assistive tech and visual aids to supercharge student learning.
  • 🤝 Personal Care Support: Please note, there might be a need to assist with personal care, so being comfortable with this is essential.
