Your Day-to-Day:

• Be the ultimate host, ensuring every guest has a fantastic and memorable visit. ❤️

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

No boring lectures! Your learning happens on the job with a dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor. You'll get face-to-face sessions, remote calls, and support to gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. Regular reviews every 12 weeks will keep you on track. 📈

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
