What you'll be doing:
- Mastering the art of picking and packing orders with laser-like accuracy and providing top-notch customer service. 📦
- Crushing daily objectives and meeting tight deadlines. 🎯
- Ensuring everyone knows exactly what needs to be done and when. ⏰
- Keeping the shop floor running smoothly and safely. 🚧
- Getting hands-on with all warehouse activities: order picking, despatch, goods inwards, stock locating, loading operations, and even Forklift Truck driving! 🚚
- Liaising with transport partners and keeping our warehouse shipshape. 🧹
- Championing our "Right First Time" culture and adhering to Health & Safety policies. ✅
- Working with ISO9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. 📜
- Contributing to stock management and smooth communication between departments. 🤝
- Potentially acting as a Site Key Holder and being on call for security. 🌙

Your Qualification:
You'll gain a fully funded NVQ Level 3 qualification, giving you valuable insights into business processes and procedures. Your training will be delivered remotely via Teams with a dedicated development coach available 24/7 for support, including weekly/fortnightly meetings. You'll get 20% of your working hours dedicated to "off-the-job" training. 💻

Key responsibilities
- Engaging daily in core warehouse activities including order picking, packing, despatch, goods inwards, and stock locating.
- Achieving daily objectives with strong picking/packing accuracy and a high customer service approach.
- Adhering to company Health & Safety policies and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Maintaining general warehouse housekeeping and contributing to stock management.
- Liaising with Third Party Transport providers and facilitating inter-departmental communication.
