Your Apprenticeship includes:

Apprenticeship Level: Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage L3 (including Functional Skills in Maths and English).
Key responsibilities
- Lead front of house teams to ensure a 5* customer experience.
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
- Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, dealing with issues promptly.
