As an Apprentice Nandoca (aka Team Member) at Nando's, you'll dive into a 15-month Food and Beverage Team Member apprenticeship. 🚀 We're talking serious training, personalized growth plans, and support that helps you level up not just in your role, but as a person, inside and outside of work. Your daily grind will look something like this:
Front of House 💁♀️💁♂️:
- Welcome crew with a smile and make them feel like they've landed at home.
- Crush it at the till, getting orders spot on.
- Serve up that legendary Nando's grub that has our customers saying "Fired Up!", "Wowed by the Experience," and "Hooked for the Next Taste!" 🤤
- Deliver food and drinks like a pro, making sure guests have everything they need.
- Nail the takeaway experience.

- Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Service Level 2.
- Functional Skills in Maths and English.

- Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
