Apprentice Nandoca (aka Team Member) 🧑🍳🔥
Join the Nando's family as an Apprentice Nandoca! You'll be working towards a 12-month Catering and Hospitality Foundation Apprenticeship, gaining skills and growing with us. What you'll be doing:
Front of House:
- Greeting customers with a warm welcome and making them feel at home. 👋
- Serving customers efficiently at the till and understanding their needs. 📲
- Delivering amazing Nando's food and drink to our high standards. 🌶️
- Ensuring customers have everything they need at their table. 💯
- Creating a great takeaway experience. 🥡
- Setting up, maintaining, and closing down a clean, safe, and operational workstation. 🧼
- Handling deep cleaning to Nando's standards. 🧽
- Following all safety, hygiene, and security measures. 🔒
Back of House:
- Preparing, cooking, and serving amazing food to Nando's high standards. 🍗
- Making sure every dish leaves our kitchen making customers feel "Fired Up," "Wowed," and "Hooked." 🔥
- Setting up, maintaining, and closing down a clean, safe, and operational workstation. 🔪
- Handling deep cleaning to Nando's standards. 🧽
- Following all safety, hygiene, and security measures. 🔒

Eligibility:
- Aged 16-21 to apply for the Foundation Apprenticeship.
- Aged 22-24 may be eligible if you have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), are care experienced, currently in prison, or have recently left prison. Proof may be required.
- Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English (if required).
