Creative Landscape, a well-established Design and Landscaping company in Twyford, Reading, is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our landscaping teams! We're a friendly crew with a proven track record of training apprentices and helping them grow into new roles.

What You'll Learn:

You'll dive into both soft and hard landscaping, gaining hands-on experience in:

• Hard and soft landscaping techniques 🌸🧱
• Safely selecting and using tools and equipment, following risk assessments 🧰✅
• Operating machinery 🚜
• Client and customer care, mastering communication skills 🗣️🤝
• Choosing and wearing appropriate safety footwear and clothing 👷‍♀️🥾
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with your colleagues 👯‍♂️
• And much more!

Who You Are:

• You're physically fit and able, ready for a role that involves lifting equipment, significant physical activity, and movement. 💪
• You don't mind working in various weather conditions (within reason!). ☀️🌧️
• A driving license is essential for this role. While you won't be driving during the day, you'll need to commute to our office or site. 🚗💨

Qualifications:

This apprenticeship leads to a Horticulture or Landscape Construction Operative Level 2 qualification. You'll attend college at the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus once a fortnight. 📚
