What you'll be doing:
- Whipping up, cooking, and plating dishes that meet our high brand standards β every plate served with serious pride. πͺ
- Backing up and guiding the kitchen crew, helping to keep service running like clockwork, especially during those super busy shifts. β±οΈ
- Stepping up to cover the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when they need it, tackling any issues and keeping the service flow smooth. π€
- Making sure all our food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are always on point. β
- Keeping an eye on stock, food prep, and kitchen organization to ensure everything is running efficiently. π―

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- No need to attend college! Your apprenticeship is all on-the-job training, with a mix of face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Plus, you'll have a workplace mentor guiding you. π§βπ«
- You'll gain valuable Functional Skills in English and Maths, with support tailored to your needs (if you don't already have GCSEs or equivalents). π
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with you, your Line Manager, and your Lifetime Learner Coach for feedback and support. π

Senior Production Chef Apprenticeship Level 3 (including Functional Skills in Maths and English).
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards.
- Support and guide the kitchen team and organise service.
- Deputise for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when required.
- Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Monitor stock levels, food preparation, and kitchen organisation.
