Your Apprenticeship Adventure Includes: π
This is a work-based apprenticeship, meaning no college attendance! You'll get face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks, plus a dedicated mentor in the workplace.
- Functional Skills: Get support for English and Maths if you don't have GCSEs or equivalents.
- Regular Check-ins: Reviews every 12 weeks with you, your manager, and your coach for feedback and support.

Apprenticeship: Senior Production Chef Apprenticeship Level 3, including Functional Skills in Maths and English.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards.
- Support and guide the kitchen team, helping to organise service and maintain high performance.
- Deputise for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when required.
- Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Monitor stock levels, food preparation, and kitchen organisation to ensure efficient service.
