Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Be the superhero π¦ΈββοΈ of a safe, loving, and totally stimulating environment, both inside and out!
- Deliver an awesome play-based curriculum (EYFS) that helps every child shine and hit their developmental milestones. π
- Help us stay on top of Ofsted requirements β because we're all about excellence! β
- Know and follow all our nursery policies and procedures like the back of your hand, especially when it comes to child protection and handling any tricky situations. π‘οΈ
- Plan exciting activities that get kids excited about learning and help them reach their early learning goals. π―
- Be a "Key Person" β meaning you'll keep detailed records, make awesome observations, and track each child's progress based on EYFS guidelines. π
- Keep our general records in order, like attendance, accident logs, and risk assessments. π―
- Chat with parents and carers, keep them in the loop about nursery life, share exciting updates about their kids, and get them involved! π£οΈ
- Team up with senior management to keep our nursery goals and plans super sharp. π€
- Be ready to jump in and help with any other reasonable tasks that come your way. πͺ

Key responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment for children.
- Deliver an appropriate play-based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Help ensure the preschool nursery meets Ofsted requirements and adheres to policies and procedures.
- Act as a key person, maintaining records, conducting observations, and tracking children's progress.
- Liaise closely with parents/carers, exchanging information about children's progress and encouraging involvement.
