What you'll be doing:

• Be the ultimate chairside support for our dentists, ensuring everything runs smoothly during treatments. 🤝
• Master the art of sterilizing and preparing equipment – hygiene is key! 🧼
• Handle reception duties, making sure our patients feel welcome and appointments are on track. 🗓️
• Champion an amazing patient experience, providing comfort and reassurance. 🤗
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance. 💯

Your day-to-day might look like:

• Greeting patients with a smile and managing their appointments. 😊
• Answering patient queries with professionalism and care. 🗣️
• Getting surgeries prepped, sterilizing instruments, and keeping everything infection-controlled to CQC standards. ✅
• Assisting clinicians during procedures and keeping patient records up-to-date (GDPR approved!). ✍️
• Making sure patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. 🌟
• Keeping an eye on stock, equipment, and ensuring surgeries are always ready to go. 📦
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and fully kitted-out clinical environment. 🏥
• Always protecting patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. 🤫
• Working closely with dentists and the team to deliver top-notch care. 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
