This is your chance to gain real-world experience supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of awesome commercial tiling and stonework projects all over London. 🏙️ You'll be working towards a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship, setting you up for long-term success. 📈
As our Apprentice Contract Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish. Learn the ropes from our seasoned managers, discovering how we organise, monitor, and deliver top-notch construction projects safely, on time, and to an incredibly high standard. 💯
What you'll be doing:
- ✅ Diving into project drawings, specs, and timelines 📏
- ✅ Helping to plan projects before the work even begins 📝
- ✅ Joining crucial pre-start, project, and site meetings 🤝
- ✅ Assisting with the coordination of our brilliant labour and subcontractor teams 👨👩👧👦
- ✅ Visiting project sites to check on progress and quality 📸
- ✅ Documenting site progress with photos and clear written updates ✍️
- ✅ Spotting and reporting any site issues, delays, or access challenges 🚩
- ✅ Helping to organise materials and deliveries 🚚
- ✅ Keeping a close eye on progress against project schedules ⏳
- ✅ Supporting quality inspections and snagging tasks 👌
- ✅ Assisting with health and safety on site – keeping everyone safe! ⛑️
- ✅ Maintaining accurate project records and documentation 📂
- ✅ Keeping everyone in the loop – site teams, subs, and clients! 🗣️
- ✅ Helping with client inspections and project handovers 👋
- ✅ Learning the ins and outs of variations, project costs, and commercial processes 💰

This role requires you to travel to different project sites across London, so a full UK driving licence is essential. 🔑
As part of your apprenticeship, you'll be enrolled in a nationally recognised Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship with our trusted training partner, Learning Skills Partnership. This amazing program typically takes 21 months to complete and is fully supported with regular online lessons, e-learning, and access to expert 1-2-1 advice. 🎉
Key responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of commercial tiling and stonework projects from planning through to completion.
- Reviewing project drawings, specifications and programmes.
- Assisting with project planning, coordination of labour and subcontractors.
- Monitoring site progress and quality, identifying and reporting issues.
- Maintaining accurate project records and supporting stakeholder communication.
