Your Apprenticeship Journey:
No boring college lectures! 🙅♀️ This is hands-on, work-based training. You'll get one-on-one support from your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach (virtually every 6 weeks!) and an in-house mentor. Plus, we'll help you nail those essential English & Maths Functional Skills if you need them. You'll get regular feedback and support to help you grow.

Apprenticeship Level: Chef Academy Production Chef L2, including Functional Skills in maths and English.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to specifications and customer expectations
- Maintain kitchen hygiene levels and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with the team to provide high-quality meals
- Keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions
