Your Apprenticeship Journey:
This is a work-based training program – no boring college lectures! You'll get:
- A mix of face-to-face sessions and remote team calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 🗓️
- A mentor in the workplace to guide you every step of the way.
- Functional Skills in English and Maths support, tailored to you (if needed). 📚
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with your Coach and Manager to discuss your progress.
- PLUS! You'll join our exclusive Chef Academy, with four masterclasses to level up your cooking skills in different areas. 🎓
