This hands-on Level 4 apprenticeship will see you mastering every step of the brewing journey – from the magic of mashing and fermentation to the final polish of packaging and keeping things spotless. You'll be part of a super supportive crew, learning the ropes and becoming a brewing pro.

What you'll be doing:

  • 💪 Getting hands-on with heavy lifting: Think moving sacks of grain and shifting casks.
  • ✨ Maintaining a sparkling clean brewery: Executing thorough cleaning, sanitising, and hygiene routines across all our equipment and workspaces.
  • 🔬 Monitoring fermentation: Assisting with the cool science of fermentation, yeast management, and cellar operations.
  • 📦 Getting involved in packaging: Carrying out repetitive packaging runs across different formats (casking, kegging, or bottling).
  • 📝 Keeping things organised: Performing regular stock control, ingredient prep, and basic record-keeping.
  • 🤝 Working as a team: Collaborating with the brewing team to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and safely.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is comfortable with physical work and manual labour, including lifting grain sacks and moving casks.
  • Doesn't shy away from continuous tasks like cleaning and sanitising in a brewery environment.
