What you'll be doing:
- Greeting and seating guests with a smile. π
- Whipping up and serving a variety of drinks, both boozy and not! πΉ
- Providing top-notch table service in our restaurant, hitting all our service goals. π―
- Being super careful with allergies and food safety every step of the way. π
- Keeping our bar and restaurant area clean and tidy. β¨
- Taking orders, answering questions, and suggesting some killer menu items. π
- Teaming up with the kitchen and the rest of the crew for seamless service. π¨βπ³π©βπ³
- Following all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service rules. β
Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- You'll be working towards your Hospitality Team Member Level 2 (Food & Beverage) apprenticeship with HIT Training. π
- This includes regular catch-ups with your own dedicated trainer, hands-on workplace learning, and online study. π»
- You'll level up your skills in customer service, serving food and drinks, communication, teamwork, and rocking it in a fast-paced environment. π
- Plus, you'll get on-the-job training in food hygiene, brand standards, using equipment, and all things health & safety. π οΈ

Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide table service in the restaurant, following company service standards
- Maintain a clean, organised bar and restaurant environment
- Adhere to all health & safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
