Ready to dive into the world of property development and management? Grosvenor is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our UK Property Business as Project Coordinator Apprentices! 🏢 You'll be a key player in creating amazing spaces where businesses, communities, and nature thrive, all while being part of our awesome Service Performance Team (SPT).
What You'll Be Doing (Rotations!):
- Major Works Team (MW): Get hands-on with our 10-year maintenance plan and help deliver exciting small to medium development projects. 🔨
- Energy Saving Fund Portfolio (ESF): Contribute to making our buildings greener by helping with retrofit projects that boost performance and slash carbon emissions. ♻️
- SMDP Team (SMDP): Be involved in creating new development projects across Mayfair and Belgravia that boost rental income and support our sustainability goals. 📈
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Helping to create detailed project plans and contract documents. 📝
- Learning how to assess tender submissions and analyze bids. 📊
- Understanding project finances and preparing accounts for projects. 💰
- Assisting with property surveys and understanding the importance of planned maintenance. 🏚️
- Working within health and safety regulations for projects. ✅
- Supporting project teams with reports, surveys, and financial tracking. 💻
- Getting involved in appointing and managing consultants and contractors. 🤝
- Learning about planning permissions and managing projects through different stages. 🏗️
- Monitoring site projects, maintenance, and liaising with suppliers and tenants. 📞
- Gaining insights into risk, program, and cost management. ⚖️
We're Looking For:
- A real passion for Project Management in property! 🔥

- Problem-solving skills and a logical approach. 🤔
- Awesome written and verbal communication. 🗣️
- Good IT skills, especially with Excel. 🖱️
Entry Requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship, A Levels, BTEC etc.) OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- PLUS 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths) at Grade 4 (C) or higher.

Key responsibilities
- Learn and assist with the preparation of detailed specifications for construction work and contract documents
- Learn the benefits and techniques of assessing tender submissions and undertake tender analysis
- Develop an understanding of how to prepare project accounts and financial management and undertake the preparation of accounts for small and medium projects
- Learn how to undertake basic surveys of properties and understand the benefit of running a 10-year Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule
- Understand and work within health and safety requirements and statutory fire requirements when running projects
