Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- You must not already have a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.

Key responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support, responding to helpdesk requests and resolving hardware and software issues
- Log, track, and update support tickets, ensuring incidents are accurately recorded and managed
- Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians when required
- Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
