What You'll Be Doing:
- Learning the ropes of agile project delivery, ensuring projects are on time and top-notch. ⏱️
- Helping to define and prepare project scopes and plans. 📝
- Supporting research and reporting for our project portfolio. 📊
- Contributing to the delivery of our digital product roadmap. 🛣️
- Liaising with internal teams to make sure projects hit the mark. 🤝
- Spotting opportunities to improve how we work and implementing them. 💡
- Identifying and tackling project risks and issues head-on. 🛡️
- Being a go-to for project updates and estimates. 🗣️
- Assisting with goal setting, sprints, and OKRs. 🎯
- Keeping an eye on new tech that can make our processes even better. 💻
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for Digital Project Management. 🔥
- Awesome problem-solving skills and logical thinking. 🧠
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal. ✍️🗣️
- Solid IT skills, especially with Microsoft 365. 🖥️
Entry Requirements:
- A Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship, A Levels, BTEC etc.) OR equivalent work experience (around 2 years in a similar role).
- AND 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths at Grade 4/C or above).

- Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm) ⏰

Key responsibilities
- Learn to take a flexible approach to the end-to-end delivery of projects, tailoring agile methodologies to ensure they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
- Learn and assist with the definition and preparation of detailed project scoping documents
- Develop a good understanding of how to prepare clearly defined project plans
- Work with members of the Digital Solution Team to support and carry out ad hoc research activities and project portfolio reporting
