Hereβs a peek at what youβll be doing:
- Helping us figure out what we need and where AI can make the biggest impact. πΊοΈ
- Assisting in designing and building AI apps, smart agents, automated workflows, and cool solutions. π€
- Crafting and perfecting these solutions using the latest AI dev tools, coding assistants, and automation platforms. π»
- Putting our AI solutions through their paces to make sure they're spot-on, dependable, and secure. β
- Supporting the launch and documentation of new AI-powered innovations. π
- Creating guides and training materials to help colleagues embrace and master new technology. π§βπ«
- Gathering feedback and spotting ways to make things even better. π‘
What we're looking for:
We need someone whoβs genuinely excited by tech, loves cracking problems, and sees the incredible potential of AI. Your experience might come from school, personal projects, online courses, past jobs, or just tinkering with tech in your free time. π
We're seeking candidates who:
- Have a burning interest in AI, software development, and all things new tech. π₯
- Have some coding skills or are super keen to learn languages like Python, JavaScript, C#, TypeScript, or SQL. π
- Love digging into problems and finding smarter ways to do things. π§
- Can chat clearly and confidently, both in writing and speaking. π£οΈ
- Are comfortable working with both techy and non-techy colleagues. π
- Are organised, reliable, and have an eye for detail. π
- Are hungry to learn and level up your technical skills. π
- Can smash it solo or be a star player in a team. π
Experience with AI tools, coding assistants, workflow automation, APIs, Agile, Jira, or the Microsoft tech stack would be a bonus, but don't let that stop you if you don't have it! π
Entry requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.) OR equivalent work experience (approx. 2 years in a similar role).
- AND 5 x GCSEs including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break) β°

Key responsibilities
- Supporting requirements gathering, process mapping and identifying opportunities for AI and automation.
- Assisting with the design and development of AI applications, agents, workflows and automation solutions.
- Building and refining solutions using AI development tools, coding assistants and automation platforms.
- Testing AI solutions to ensure they are accurate, reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
- Supporting the deployment, documentation, rollout, and user adoption of new AI-powered solutions.
