About the Role
Join our UK Property Business team and help create sustainable places where business, communities, and nature thrive! π± This role is your chance to work towards a Project Management qualification while getting real-world experience with the Grosvenor Property UK Digital Solutions Team. You'll be diving into the ongoing development of our digital platform, a key part of transforming manual tasks into streamlined, automated solutions that boost efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. π€
In this role, you'll support the delivery of digital initiatives by project managing the implementation of new modules and enhancements within our digital platform and Grosvenor Connect. This means helping to deliver solutions that cut down on manual work, increase transparency, and create a consistent, high-quality experience for both our customers and our internal teams. π€
Responsibilities
- Learn to tackle projects from start to finish with a flexible, agile approach, ensuring they're delivered on time and to the highest quality. β±οΈ
- Assist with defining and preparing detailed project scoping documents. π
- Develop a solid understanding of how to create clear project plans. πΊοΈ
- Collaborate with the Digital Solutions Team on ad hoc research and project portfolio reporting. π
- Support the delivery of the digital solutions product roadmap. π£οΈ
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. π
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices within the product team. β
- Spot and manage risks, proactively addressing any issues that could impact project delivery. π©
- Act as a go-to for project progress, providing accurate delivery estimates. π
- Support the Digital Product Manager with goal setting, getting familiar with sprint goals and OKR techniques. π―
- Stay updated on technology that can make our processes more efficient and effective. π»
Desirable Skills
- A genuine passion for a career in Digital Project Management. β€οΈ
- Experience in problem-solving and applying logic. π§
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. π£οΈ
- Good IT skills, with some experience using Microsoft 365 applications. Microsoft 365
- Entry Requirements
- Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.) OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role). π
- 5 x GCSEβs including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above. π
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. π°οΈ
