What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Handle incoming messages via phone, email, and social media (think Facebook & Instagram!), responding professionally and connecting people to the right team. 📱
  • Master Your Digital Toolkit: Become a wizard with Microsoft Outlook for emails and scheduling, and a pro with Word, Excel, and cloud platforms like SharePoint for managing and organizing info digitally. 📂
  • Keep Us Connected: Collaborate with the team on Microsoft Teams, join meetings, share updates, and help with daily admin tasks. 🤝
  • Data Detective: Use Excel to keep records, track important info, update databases, and create reports. 📊
  • Social Media Superstar: Create and schedule killer content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, using cool digital marketing tools. 📈
  • Design Whiz: Unleash your creativity with graphic design software like Canva to make eye-catching posts, flyers, and digital materials. 🎨
  • Engagement Guru: Monitor social media, chat with our followers, and help us spread the word about the amazing work we do. 👍
  • Website Wonder: Help update and maintain our website using platforms like Webflow, making sure everything is accurate, engaging, and on-brand. 🌐
