Choose your path within Audit:
- Large & Complex Audit: Work with major listed companies, banks, insurers, and public sector organizations, both in the UK and internationally. π¦
- Portfolio Audit: Engage with a diverse range of sectors, including fast-growing businesses, real estate funds, pension schemes, and financial services firms. Perfect for those who love working with dynamic, entrepreneurial companies. π±
Where you'll work:
We embrace a hybrid model, blending office and home working to support your development and offer flexibility. π π’ Client-facing roles might involve site visits, and meetings will be a mix of online and in-person. Your final assessment and induction will be in-person to help you network and build connections. We're committed to accessibility and can discuss further flexibility if needed. π

How you'll develop:
- Technical Skills: Our training provides the foundation for audits and assurance, complementing your professional qualification. π
- Soft Skills: Enhance communication, scepticism, decision-making, resilience, project management, and leadership through training and on-the-job learning. Master digital tools, data analytics, and emerging tech like AI. π‘
- Qualifications: Study towards the globally recognised ACA (ICAEW) or CA (ICAS) qualification. We cover tuition, study leave, exam fees, and provide dedicated support. π―
