What You'll Be Doing:

• 🫱‍🫲 Learning the Ropes: Sit in on customer workshops and discovery sessions. We'll teach you how to ask those critical, sometimes awkward, questions that uncover what businesses *truly* need.
• 🧠 Building the Future: Help build AI tools using customer data and processes, guided by GoLive's proven delivery methods, playbooks, and prompting frameworks.
• ✍️ Crafting Clarity: Write clear specifications, process documentation, and progress notes that customers can understand and act upon.
• 📊 Data Detective Work: Get hands-on with data using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Python. You'll learn to test ideas rigorously, moving beyond assumptions to find solid solutions.
• 🌍 Real-World Impact: Support experienced consultants on live projects. This includes opportunities for travel to customer sites across the UK.
• 🔒 Trust & Integrity: Strictly follow GoLive's data protection rules. This means using only approved tools, adhering to restricted access protocols, and performing crucial human checks on all work before it goes to a customer.
• 📈 Growth & Development: Participate in quarterly reviews with your line manager and technical mentor to track your progress and plan your development journey.
