What you'll be doing:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices with precision and speed. ๐งพ
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. ๐ฐ
- Reconciling bank statements and keeping financial records shipshape. ๐ข
- Assisting with payroll administration and expense processing. ๐ธ
- Maintaining accurate financial data using our top-tier accounting software. ๐ป
- Helping to prepare financial reports and management information. ๐
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. ๐ฎ
- Contributing to smooth month-end and year-end accounting processes. ๐๏ธ
- Communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on financial matters. ๐ฃ๏ธ
- Ensuring we stick to all financial policies and procedures. โ
Software you'll be using:
- Xero
- BrightPay
What you'll need:
- AAT Level 3 qualification OR a T Level in Accountancy.
