What you'll be doing day-to-day:

  • Be the first point of contact: Greet patients warmly and help them manage their appointments. ๐Ÿ‘‹
  • Handle patient questions: Professionally answer basic patient enquiries. ๐Ÿ’ฌ
  • Prep like a pro: Get surgeries ready, sterilise instruments, and keep everything spotless and safe according to CQC standards. โœจ
  • Assist during treatment: Support our clinicians during procedures and keep patient records accurate and up-to-date (GDPR approved, of course!). ๐Ÿ“
  • Patient comfort is key: Ensure our patients feel reassured and have a positive dental experience. ๐Ÿ˜Š
  • Keep supplies stocked: Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and ensure our surgeries are always good to go. ๐Ÿ“ฆ
  • Maintain a safe space: Keep clinical areas clean, safe, and fully equipped. ๐Ÿงผ
  • Champion privacy: Uphold patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times. ๐Ÿคซ
