What you'll be doing:

• Assisting our dental pros during treatments – think of it as being their right hand! 💪
• Keeping our instruments squeaky clean and sterilized – safety first! 🧼
• Making sure all the necessary dental gear and supplies are ready to go. 🛠️
• Handling patient records, including jotting down important notes while the dentist is with a patient. ✍️
• Keeping the surgery spotless and ready for the next patient. ✨
• Managing reception duties: greeting patients, answering calls professionally 📞, scheduling appointments on our computers 💻, and handling payments/issuing receipts. 💰
• Collaborating with reception to ensure seamless patient communication and record transfers. 🤝
• Attending practice meetings and contributing your awesome ideas! 💡
• Taking on other tasks as needed to keep our practice running like a well-oiled machine. ⚙️

What you need:

• A strong foundation in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent). 📚

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Dentist and the Dental Hygienist/Therapist.
• Take responsibility for the decontamination of instruments and maintaining dental operating equipment.
• Perform reception duties, including answering the phone and booking appointments.
• Look after patient records, including making notes when the dentist is examining a patient.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and control of the practice.
