Youth Support Worker 🚀

You'll be diving into a one-to-one support role, managing a caseload of young people who need a helping hand with mental health, mentorship, or other youth work interventions. 🤝
What you'll be doing:
- Building strong, positive relationships with young people and their communities. 🌱
- Working confidently with young people, both individually (following our lone working policy) and in groups. 🗣️
- Supporting young people with their mental health and helping them overcome challenges. 💪
- Recruiting young people to our awesome programmes. 📣
- Ensuring young people's voices are heard in all decisions. 👂
- Providing advice, guidance, and information so young people can make informed choices. 💡
- Collaborating with other agencies and our YG team to achieve the best outcomes. 🌟
- Developing resources for projects. 🛠️
- Completing a Level 3 study programme relevant to the role. 📚
- Carrying out risk assessments and safeguarding young people with the utmost professionalism and integrity. ✅
- Using established recording systems (Upshot). 💻
