Legal Admin Apprentice 🚀

Are you ready to kickstart your career in law? We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Legal Admin Apprentice! This is your chance to gain invaluable experience supporting our busy Conveyancing and Wills & Probate departments. 🏠📜

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing awesome administrative and secretarial support to our legal eagles.
  • Typing, formatting, and sending out letters, emails, legal docs, and all sorts of important correspondence. ✍️📧
  • Setting up, looking after, and keeping client files super organised (both digital and paper!). 📁
  • Answering calls with a smile and taking clear, accurate messages. 📞
  • Handling routine questions from clients, other solicitors, estate agents, and contacts. 🤝
  • Helping to schedule appointments, meetings, and manage diaries. 📅
  • Getting involved in preparing documents and emails for conveyancing and Wills & Probate cases. 📄
  • Assisting with property transactions – keeping records straight and chatting with everyone involved. 🏡
  • Supporting the admin side of Wills, Probate, and estate matters. ⚱️
  • All things print, copy, scan, and document management. 🖨️
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post and emails. ✉️📮
  • Keeping case files shipshape.
  • Helping with the general smooth running of the office. ✨
  • Maintaining super strict confidentiality and handling sensitive client info with care. 🤫
  • Learning all the cool legal jargon, procedures, and professional standards. 🤓

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support, including document preparation and management.
