What You'll Be Doing:

  • Setting up and coordinating property viewings for sales and rentals. 🔑
  • Handling tenant queries related to property inspections. 🧐
  • Crafting compelling brochures for property advertisements. ✍️
  • Managing minor works, routine maintenance contracts, and Health & Safety reports. 🛠️
  • Sourcing and obtaining quotations from contractors for various services. 💰
  • Instructing and liaising effectively with contractors. 🤝
  • Actioning maintenance tasks and reporting on findings from both reactive and planned maintenance. 📊
  • Communicating with property owners, lettings managers, and tenants via phone and email. 🗣️📧
  • Keeping our company knowledge-based systems up-to-date and preparing quotes. 💻
  • Dedicate a minimum of 6 hours per week to your apprenticeship work and training. 📚
