  • Collaborating closely with teachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to implement learning plans. 🤝
  • Contributing to targeted interventions and booster sessions to help students excel. 💪
  • Supporting behaviour management and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. 😄
  • Adapting and preparing learning materials and classroom resources. ✂️
  • Monitoring student progress and sharing valuable feedback with the teaching staff. 📈
  • Supporting students throughout lessons, break times, and various activities. ⚽
  • Offering general pastoral care and assisting with school trips. 🚌
