- Collaborating closely with teachers and the SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement and support individual learning plans. π€
- Helping to deliver targeted interventions and booster sessions to boost student confidence and achievement. π
- Contributing to positive behaviour management strategies and fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. π
- Adapting and preparing learning materials and classroom resources to meet diverse learning styles. π¨
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing valuable feedback to teaching staff. π
- Offering support to students throughout lessons, break times, and during various school activities. πΆββοΈπΆββοΈ
- Providing general pastoral care and assisting with exciting school trips and events! π
