What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with the IT Manager and our awesome support squad. 🤝
• Help shape our applications, telephony, infrastructure, and systems to ensure they're ready for today and tomorrow. 🌐
• Be the go-to for user requests, tackling tickets, and rolling out essential installations and upgrades from our service desk system. 🛠️
• Team up with us to brainstorm and execute killer social media strategies, boosting our following and driving more traffic to our website. 📈

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the maintenance and development of IT applications, telephony, infrastructure, and systems.
• Providing day-to-day user support, managing service desk requests, and performing installations/upgrades.
• Developing social media strategies to enhance online presence and website traffic.

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (3 of any subject (grade 4+ (A* - C)), Maths & English (grade 3+ (D or above)))
