What you'll be doing day-to-day:

  • Patient Welcoming & Scheduling: Greeting patients with a smile ๐Ÿ˜Š and helping them manage their appointments.
  • Handling Enquiries: Professionally answering patient questions and providing helpful info.
  • Surgery Prep & Sterilisation: Getting treatment rooms ready, making sure all instruments are sparkling clean and sterilised to the highest standards ๐Ÿงผ, and keeping infection control on point!
  • Chairside Assistance: Working hand-in-hand with our dentists during treatments, and keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date (keeping all that confidential info super safe ๐Ÿ”’).
  • Patient Comfort: Being the friendly face that reassures patients, making their visit as stress-free and positive as possible. Your empathy is key! โค๏ธ
  • Stock & Equipment Management: Keeping an eye on supplies, making sure our equipment is ready to go, and generally keeping the surgery in tip-top shape.
  • Maintaining a Safe Space: Ensuring our clinical areas are always clean, safe, and fully equipped for anything.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians, ensuring high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
  • Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records in line with GDPR.
  • Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic patient enquiries professionally.
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and surgery readiness, maintaining clean, safe clinical areas.
