- Own a caseload of care packages, becoming the go-to point person for service users, their families, Social Services, and other key players. 📞
- Be the go-to lead for our Support Worker squad, assigning daily tasks and ensuring everyone is delivering amazing care and support. ✅
- Keep our documentation and practices dialed in, meeting CQC, PAMMS, and company standards with precision. 💯
- Become a quality champion, conducting audits and tackling any concerns about staff practice or service delivery head-on. 🏆
- Champion the rights, wishes, and choices of everyone we support – it's all about them! 🙌
- Master administrative duties, manage records, databases, and confidential information with top-secret security (aka data protection). 🔒
- Handle phone enquiries like a pro and coordinate smooth service user visits. 📨
- Keep our quality documentation, policies, and procedures in tip-top shape. 📜
- Jump into quality management meetings, even playing scribe for the minutes. ✍️
- Help us find and onboard amazing new team members through recruitment, induction, training, and shadowing. 🌱
- Conduct spot audits to ensure our service delivery is always on point. 🎯
