Customer Service Apprentice - United Carpets, Long Eaton 🛋️

Join our team at United Carpets in Long Eaton as a Customer Service Apprentice! We're a busy retail store open 7 days a week, and we're looking for someone enthusiastic to learn the ropes and become a key part of our customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact, greeting and serving customers with a smile! 😊
• Handle incoming phone calls, answering queries like a pro. 📞
• Assist with taking in carpet stock deliveries – you'll need to be physically fit for this! 💪
• Help measure carpets for our customers and organise their delivery or dispatch. 🚚
• Keep our shop looking amazing by displaying stock and maintaining its appearance. ✨
• Process paperwork and help with the financial elements of our sales. 💰
• Work both independently and as part of our awesome team. 🤝

What we're looking for:

• Excellent customer service skills – you love helping people!
• Good numerical skills – you're comfortable with numbers. 🔢
• Strong English language skills – clear communication is key! 🗣️
• Physical fitness is a must as you'll be handling stock like cut length carpets, underlay, and rolls.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn. 📚
