Ready to get fired up and learn the ropes in a fast-paced, fun environment? 🔥 As an Apprentice Nandoca, you'll dive headfirst into the world of Nando's, working towards your Catering and Hospitality Foundation apprenticeship over 12 awesome months. What you'll be doing:

• Front of House Vibes:
• Be the first smiling face our customers see! 👋 Make them feel right at home.
• Serve up deliciousness with a smile at the till, totally nailing their order. 📱
• Deliver Nando's legendary food and drinks that make customers feel "Fired Up," "Wowed by the Experience," and "Hooked for the Next Taste"! ✨
• Ensure every customer gets their amazing food and drinks quickly and has everything they need. 💯
• Master the takeaway game to keep our on-the-go legends happy. 🏃‍♀️💨
• Keep your workstation sparkling clean, safe, and ready to go – from setup to close down. 🧼
• Handle deep cleaning like a pro, meeting Nando's super high standards. 💪
• Always stay on top of fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security. 🔒
• Back of House Skills:
• Prepare, cook, and serve Nando's iconic food to perfection, leaving customers feeling "Fired Up," "Wowed by the Experience," and "Hooked for the Next Taste"! 🔥
• Maintain a spotless, safe, and fully operational workstation. 🧑‍🍳
• Tackle deep cleaning with enthusiasm, keeping everything Nando's-level amazing. 🚀
• Adhere strictly to all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security protocols. 🛡️

Eligibility:

• Must be aged 16-21 to apply for this Foundation Apprenticeship.
• If you're aged 22-24, you might still be eligible if you have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), are care experienced, are currently in prison, or have recently left prison. (We might ask for proof!)

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Efficiently serve customers at the till and deliver food and drinks to tables.
• Prepare and cook food to Nando's high quality standards.
• Set up, maintain, and clean workstations, including deep cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security protocols.
