• Manage stock, prep, and closing duties like a boss. 📦
• Stay in the loop with all things business, promotions, and new products. 📰
• Rock all in-house training and e-learning modules. 💻
• Always follow brand standards, laws, and company policies. 💯
• Complete all necessary documentation and cleaning tasks. ✅

Your Apprenticeship Adventure (15 Months):

• Earn a nationally recognized Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification. 🏅
• Work full-time in our kitchens, mentored by experienced chefs. 🧑‍🍳
• Gain practical skills while supporting our kitchen operations. 🚀
• Our apprenticeships are delivered work-based, so no college visits needed! 🏠
• Receive regular support from your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach (every 6 weeks). 📞

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
• Have open communication with the entire team and assist other team members.
• Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
• Adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
