What You'll Be Doing:
- Chatting openly with the whole team to serve up amazing food and service, always ready to lend a hand. 🤝
- Jumping into team meetings and sharing your awesome ideas. 💡
- Whipping up, cooking, and presenting food super fast, safely, and to our high standards. 🍳🔥
- Handling guest questions and any issues with a smile and professionalism. 😊
- Keeping our kitchen and back-of-house areas sparkling clean and tidy. ✨
- Getting departments ready for service and closing them down, including stock management. 📦
- Staying in the loop with all our latest business info, promos, and new menu items. 📰
- Engaging in all our training, e-learning, and completing your assigned modules. 📚
- Always sticking to brand standards, legal requirements, and company rules. ✅
- Completing all necessary paperwork and cleaning tasks. ✍️

This role is a fantastic stepping stone to a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You'll be working full-time in our kitchens, learning from experienced chefs while you train. You'll gain a nationally recognised qualification and become a key player in creating delicious food that our guests will love! 💯

Wages:
- 18-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service.
- Set up and closedown the department including stock rotation and prep and par process.
