Your Apprenticeship Journey:

Embark on a 15-month journey towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship. You'll be a full-time member of our kitchen crew, learning from experienced chefs. You'll gain a nationally recognized qualification while helping us serve up quality food and amazing experiences for our guests. 🌟

Important Note: Due to the nature of this role, involving independent alcohol sales and working within licensed premises, all applicants must be 18 years of age or older. This is a legal requirement to ensure compliance with licensing legislation. 🔞

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
  • Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
  • Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service, promoting a supportive atmosphere where you assist other team members whenever possible.
  • Set up and closedown the department including stock rotation and prep and par process.
